Explanation: Anti-Human Globulin is antibody produced by goat in response to deliberate immunization with purified human immunoglobulins or complement (primarily beta globulins). Anti-Human Globulin is used in the antiglobulins test that is a sensitive technique used to detect human immunoglobulins and/or complement components bound to human erythrocytes. Anti-Human Globulin is used in a Direct Antiglobulin Test (DAT) to detect antibodies and/or complement bound to red cells in vivo.
